Be a part of the team that's changing the way the world works as a full-time summer Legal Intern. We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and outgoing law student, for a position where you will help to address the novel and complex legal and business issues that confront a fast-growing Web 2.0 company committed to innovation.

Responsibilities:
• You will work closely with members of the LinkedIn legal team on a wide-variety of matters, ranging from legal research and writing on cutting-edge issues such as Internet privacy law to drafting technology transaction contracts to litigation preparation materials.
• Play an active role in fulfilling LinkedIn's mission of connecting the world's professionals to make them more productive and successful, by being an integral member of our fast-paced, well-rounded, collaborative and FUN legal team.
Basic Requirements
• Currently attending law school
Preferred Requirements:
• Top 20 law school/Top 10% of class strongly preferred.
• Multi-dimensional interests and skillsets. We want someone interested in a variety of legal fields, from litigation to contracts to privacy/ security to intellectual property to corporate governance.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional creative and critical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment.
• Be a self-starter, willing to engage other team members in developing your workload and projects.
