Frontier’s Legal Department is responsible for advising the Company on a broad range of legal matters ranging from SEC matters, corporate governance and compliance matters, advertising, trademark and copyright issues, litigation, labor and employment issues, data privacy, regulatory, contract and policy matters.  Frontier’s fast paced and dynamic Legal Department offers interns the opportunity to be involved in many varied aspects of a corporate legal practice. 

A Frontier legal intern will be expected to research, analyze, and draft presentations and memoranda with appropriate supervision.  The successful candidate will support multiple attorneys in our Legal Department in various substantive areas. He or she will be asked to attend meetings with our legal team and business persons across the Company, conduct document reviews and participate in other legal projects as assigned.  

Required Skills:

The successful candidate must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience: 

- Have completed one or two years of law school

- Have strong written and interpersonal skills 

- Have significant facility with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Have advanced research and analytical skills

- Be well organized, able to prioritize and multi-task several projects at once

- Have excellent oral and written communication skills 

- Be discrete and able to maintain confidence
