Moore & Van Allen PLLC has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for an Intellectual Property associate with one to two years of IP focused litigation experience. Qualified individuals will have an undergraduate degree preferably in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills are required. Patent bar membership is preferred but proper academic degree to sit for patent bar is required. Additionally, excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required.
