Description
The Washington, D.C. office of Perkins Coie LLP seeks an attorney with two to three years of relevant trademark experience to work with our Trademark, Copyright, Media and Brand Protection practice group.
An ideal candidate would have experience in trademark clearance, domestic and international trademark prosecution and maintenance, brand enforcement (experience with online and domain name issues is a plus), Trademark Trial and Appeal Board practice, and copyright counseling. Attention to detail, the ability to work well in a group, as well as the ability to work independently, are important characteristics.
Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, strong client counseling experience, public speaking experience, and a proven track record in all aspects of a trademark, copyright, and related enforcement practice. Experience in a large law firm setting is also preferred.
