Description
The office of the FTC in which I am spending the year, the Office of Policy Planning (OPP), is looking to hire somebody to help with IP (particularly patent) policy and litigation. This is a rare opportunity here, housed in the part of the agency that has taken the lead in guiding our approach to patent policy. (This is the office, for example, that drafts most of our patent-related briefs and led last year's PAE seminar.) This is a full-time, long-term position, not one for a short-term academic visit.
