General Duties
FCC Commissioner Mignon L. Clyburn is seeking part-time and full-time interns for the Washington, DC office. Interns will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of communications and technology issues, including:

-- Television, radio, and cable issues;
-- Wireline communications regulation;
-- Wireless and satellite regulation;
-- Broadband;
-- International, spectrum, public safety and homeland security topics.

Interns will assist the Commissioner, her legal advisors and Chief of Staff in a fast-paced environment. They will interact with industry counsel, consumer groups, congressional staff, and agency personnel on a variety of issues.

Selection Criteria
Law students and graduate students with a strong academic record and interest in communications law (though experience is not required), and a commitment to public service.
