Lumen Legal is accepting resumes from NJ licensed attorneys for a Digital/Social Media Attorney position with a Fortune 100 Financial Services corporation. This attorney will join their newly formed Digital Law team dedicated to providing legal advice and direction on the Company’s significantly expanding global digital efforts (which includes: social media, mobile app, mobile device, e-delivery, internet, cloud, and digital media). The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Company’s digital and social media initiatives on domestic digital law, regulations and legislation as it impacts a financial services company.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or corporate law department practicing in the following legal and regulatory areas: mobile, social media, digital, marketing and technology with 3+ years recent experience with social media legal issues. In addition, the attorney will assist with a broad range of digital and social media issues, specifically:
• e-sign terms and conditions, digital marketing initiatives, and issues surrounding the use of mobile applications and devices
• the review of digital advertising and marketing matters, online terms and conditions, and social media and mobile platform terms and conditions.
Industry experience with compliance issues related to FINRA, SEC, FTC, FCC and ESIGN ACT required.
