Responsibilities:
CloudFlare is hiring its first inside legal counsel. As one of the Internet's largest global networks - each month over 3% of all web requests flow through our global network - we regularly find ourselves as participants in complex legal and public policy matters. This role is ideal for someone who is a strategic thinker that can navigate complex issues to make the Internet better, while also managing the day to day affairs of a high growth, global organization.
Requirements:
- JD and Bachelor's Degree
- Admitted attorney to one state bar
- 5 to 10 years of experience working at either a law firm or at a technology company
- Experience with compliance at all levels (local, state, federal and international)
- Experience with IP
