Description
Provide legal advice with respect to advertising and marketing issues, including copyright, trademark and other intellectual property issues.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- - Draft and negotiate contracts relevant to same, including sponsorship agreements, media agreements, ad agency agreements, consulting agreements and web development transactions.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- - Prepublication review of advertising materials, including promotional spots, added value materials, print ads.
REQUIREMENTS:
- - J.D. degree and 4+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably in advertising or intellectual property.
- - Must be a team player, have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
