Digital Rights Training Manual and PowerPoint presentation

The digital rights training manual will provide an analysis of comparative and international law on online freedom of expression to be used as a reference guide. The PowerPoint presentation will be used by the trainers to present the workshops.

The digital rights training manual and PowerPoint presentation will cover the following areas of international law on freedom of expression online:

  • General principles and sources of law informing freedom of expression online;

This guide to litigating Internet-related and digital rights cases is envisioned to be a practical resource that helps lawyers identify cases, take strategic decisions, and develop skills. It will cover practical issues and considerations, including:

  • Identifying aspirations and concrete litigation goals;
  • Selecting litigation fora and petitioners;
  • Litigating tools, remedies, and contingency planning;
  • Communicating Internet-related and technological terminology to the judiciary;
