Description

The Web Foundation (www.webfoundation.org) has an exciting new opportunity for a Policy Fellow to join and support Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web.

The 12 - 18 month position, based in Cambridge (Massachusetts, USA), will work directly with Sir Tim and serve as a central policy and research support to him.

The Policy Fellow will provide critical inputs to effectively advocate and shape the debate on selected emerging issues that confront the future of the Internet. 

This is a unique role for a talented and motivated person who is able to apply academic acumen to real world policy challenges. Please note that candidates should be in possession of a doctorate, or close to completing one (ABD stage), or alternatively possess a relevant Masters’ degree and further research and policy analysis experience equivalent to a doctorate.
