Role Summary:

The Bracket Denniston Fellows program provides opportunities to gain in-house experience. This

year-long fellowship is a full time paid position for 1st year lawyers. The fellowship provides

opportunities to work alongside in-house counsel within GE Digital's Headquarters. You will

participate in law school, law firm & corporate sponsored programming aimed at developing

legal skills and acculturating students to the expectations and mores of the legal and the business

world.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Denniston Fellow will work with GE Digital attorneys to:

+ Help to develop,implement and improve GE Digital's legal operations.

+ Conduct legal research in globalissues affecting a variety issues impacting GE Digital.

+ Provide legal advice and support GEDigital transactions relating to commercial contracts, technology transactions, licensing andintellectual property matters.

+ Work with legal team, management and others oncompliance, cloud and data security, and privacy matters.

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited lawschool (JD is required by the start date)

+ The lawyer will sit for a Bar exam prior to joiningGE.

Desired Characteristics:

+ Interest in digital/technology, software and intellectual property law

+ GPA (or, if GPAis not used, equivalent) of at least 3.0

+ Strong academic andprofessional credentials

+ Expert- level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPointand Excel)

+ Solid research and analytical skills

+ Demonstrated leadershipability

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Digital/Technology legalexperience and interest in same

+ Completion of Law school classes in intellectual property, technology and/or negotiations
